BUY BACK GUARANTEE: Fuller Music House, Inc. agrees to "buy-back" the above instrument(s) or other merchandise at any time following the date of delivery. The TOTAL AMOUNT that you, the buyer, originally paid will be refunded less whatever monthly "rent" that would have accrued for the length of time the instrument(s) or other merchandise was out of our possession. In addition, any charges necessary to repair damages to the instrument(s) or other merchandise that would be considered over and above "ordinary wear and tear" would be deducted from your refund. Delivery shall be to the student at the school accordance with the instructions of the student's director, unless otherwise instructed by Buyer. You the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction.
